RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

CUTIEBABYCAKES will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product purchased using our services within 5 days from the date of DELIVERY.
 
When a product is returned, the customer generally receives a full refund provided the items is returned in it's original condition.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, and all accessories.
  • Cutiebabycakes is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only--based on the purchase price.

    How to return or exchange an item:
     
  • In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • To request an RMA number online CLICK HERE & be sure to state the reason for your return.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Defective/damaged items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same style or another style of the customer's choice.
